We handle a few code support emails every week.  We usually turn them around in less than a day.  It's the usual hard drive crashed, messed up computer, etc.  Nothing crazy.

Today Dave got one that I had to share with everyone.  We've never heard this one before.  I left off the full names in case there's any issues with sharing this.

My computer that originally had the game installed was destroyed by a rocket attack in Afghanistan. I would like to reactivate on my new computer.

Activation code is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Thank you.

SSG Charles

I'm not sure our terms of agreement cover rocket attacks :) but if your on the lines fighting real wars and if duking it out in the Civil War is how you reset your brain, Thank You!

If those cats fire missiles.

Well from the sound it sometimes, you swear you are in a world of hurt. Hell I even had one hack a ball that must have been about 8 inches in length that could have done massive damage if her head was pointed in the right direction.
