The CD's should be here within 1 week and then they start shipping. So take advantage of the preorder price before it's too late! To everyone that ordered, you'll be getting them very soon. I think they came out very well, the manuals look great! VERY SOON :)

Excluding one of the mods and the extra sprite sets, everything in the bonus content is available online somewhere. Once the CD is out, people will be incorporating the additional sprites into mods, so they will be available anyway. That leaves one mod as content truly unique to the CD. The mod is a series of 10 linked division carry-over battles. You can't beat it, but the challenge is to see how far you can get. If people who play it think it is worth the bother, I will release it a month or so after the CD comes out.

Fair enough

Down the line I would like for more specific info on where to download the "Cd content", but that can wait.
Funny thing is, you actually have lost a few revenue by deciding on a DD version only versus a box version only. I would have payed more when I bought the DD version to get a "pre-buy" of the box version when it would become available. I did this with Les Grognards, and Elemental. I did not do this with SoW...but I would have if you have given me that option.

Chapter IV of Recollections of a Private by Warren Lee Goss

RETIRING FROM THE CHICKAHOMINY.

On the 25th of June preparations were made for a general advance from our position at Fair Oaks. Our pickets on the left were moved forward to an open field crossed by the Williamsburg road, and our lines then pushed forward beyond a swampy belt of timber, which for several days had been contested ground. Our troops, going in with a dash, met little serious resistance. The ground was so marshy in places that our men were obliged to cluster round the roots of trees or stand knee-deep in water. On the 27th (the day of the “battle of Gaines’s Mill) and the 28th the enemy in our front were unusually demonstrative, if not active. Our pickets were often so near the enemy’s outposts as to hear them talk. One of my comrades told me of a conversation he overheard one night between two of the “Johnnies.”

The forum has been working great. The new design is nice, and I think we finally squashed all of the bugs.

Ah, well that'll work too. Thanks.

Also just noticed the "post since last visit" at the top menu. That's even better.

Wait, now that's gone... lol... Or maybe I'm losing it..
