Some question exists to the Commander Experience Level and how it is affected by a human player. Essentially, does a human player who has a commander with an experience level of 8 have a greater impact upon his brigade than another player who has a commander with an experience level of 4?

I would imagine that a leader's experience might have some affect on a unit's morale, particularly when rallying.

Addendum: It also might affect his sphere of influence (leader bonuses, etc...). These are just hunches though. The game's gurus would know better.

The commander characteristics are not changed by whether the commander is under human or AI control.
