Or 2nd Texas Infantry to you. To us he was the newest member of our little brotherhood that spends all their free time trying to recreate history.

He was a stickler for detail and we would not have it any other way. We were recently contacted and told that he passed away on October 22nd. We do not know exactly what happened, but he is gone. We had not heard from him for a couple of weeks, but that's not unusual in our little world. We all take some time away.

It's hard to decribe the hole that's been created. We had been looking for an additional map guy and he just fit in perfectly. After many months of hard work, his maps are finally part of one of our products in Chancellorsville. He not only created great maps, but he found ways to make the engine shine. He replaced and tested all of our map assets and replaced many of them. He was working towards fine tuning all of our older maps. We still have a lot of his work around, so we will be going through his work and releasing it as we can finish it up.

We've created photo albums of his work on our facebook page: Scourge of War

You can also read more about this on his band's facebook page: World's Most Dangerous Band

His brother Patrick contacted us with this information. Our prayers go out to the Bonin family.
