Yes. Many times, both in SoWGB and SoWWL. I think its a bug in an OOB as we have seen it in many different OOBs. We get infantry who won't shoot or melee. If meleed they don't use the stabbing animations and just stand there to be butchered. It has our KS group scratching our heads as we don't see any logic to when it happens.
HITS & Couriers - a different and realistic way to play SoW MP.

Im apparently an idiot. Used an old version from release of this mod that works fine. When I replaced it with the 3.0 "higher than 1024" download from the first post, the tool bar shows but at 1024 resolution instead of the resolution of the rest of eh screen. What am I doing wrong? had to go back to the old version

Re: Expanded Toolbar - Grog
Do I need to write a disclaimer for resolutions of 1900 x 1200?

Re: Expanded Toolbar - Grog
sorry..its 1920 x 1080
hahaha..no disclaimer. Based on past history, there is a 95% chance its operator error.

Re: Expanded Toolbar - Grog
Update, version 3.1:
-'Line' formation movement defaults to Column by Divisions
'Line' now joins 'LineFight (Battle Line)' as 'Can't Move' and defaults to 'Column by Divisions' when moved. This eliminates all line movements by the AI. Also all player controlled formation movements will transition via column by divisions.
-'Line Forward Hold Form' formation added to infantry battalion Stand Menu
For micromanagement and moving lines around a 'Hold Form' line option is provided on the 'Infantry Stand' Context Menu (new button, upper right corner). It can't fight but will form a Battle Line and defend fairly quickly on it's own. It moves 30 yards instantly under attackmarch, continue the line and it makes a line attack/charge sequence possible.
-Reverted/fixed artillery engagement sequence back to normal
Edited the unitmodel.csv file to just include infantry as 'active loaders'. The redundant cannon loading was a bad call, so switched it back. I did slow down the loading animation a bit, as with the infantry, so it stretches out longer and is not as franic. I think troops learned to pace themselves away from exausting loading speeds anyway, except when persuaded.
-Corps reserves now consist of nation specific subforms
Before, column by four were represented, now it's nation specific forms of column by divisions.
Waffled back and forth on whether to eliminate all AI line movements. Wanted to keep the nice look of orderly battalion lines moving across the fields, but besides being unrealistic, when the AI starts moving them about, it looks like "pickup-sticks" as one observer put it, and I must agree. Lines still overlap at times, but the frequency and duration of crossover situations are greatly reduced with this 3.1 setup...at least by my observations.

Re: Expanded Toolbar - Grog
In the quest for ONE toolbar for all resolutions here is one prototype based on 'grid segments' that failed to launch. Looked promising but when converted to percentages for high resolutions the vertical spaces were wider than the buttons, so definitely a bust.
Anyway, here's what the brigade level infantry at low resolution looks like... And here's the download for anyone's that interested in trying another look. But be forewarned, I call this the LE_Grid version, because LE - Limited Edition it is, and won't be supported beyond this...
