Re:Proper use of USE ROADS command for movement
<t>The "use roads" thing seems a little more squirrelly than was the case in TC2M, at least in my early experiences. For example, in both the brigade maneuver tutorial and the artillery tutorial I ordered my units to use the road to get to their objective. For the brigade it was in the latter part o...

Re:No ALT-TAB out of game?
If you run the game in a window are you able to ALT-TAB out of it then? I'm away from my game PC at the moment but I think this requires unchecking the "full screen option."

Re:Observations after playing the tutorial
<t>Posted a few observations based on the demo in the bug reporting forum. Just a couple of other observations that aren't related to glitches.<br/> <br/> Really love the look of the battlefield, it is very immersive. The only exception to this was the stream running through Devil's Den. I've been t...

Strange SP AI/Sprite behavior
<t>I've just played the demo so far and really enjoyed it, but I noticed a few very strange things:<br/> <br/> 1) Every time I sent a Reb regiment packing they would leave several men standing at their former position, in parade rest, looking like a bunch of tools. After a minute or so, these men wo...

Re:Demo Sound Problems
<t>I agree, Rob. Unlike some people I have *some* battle sound but it is very muted. Even when I crank the volume up it sounds like someone walking on twigs in wool-wrapped slippers. I can live with many of the glitches I'm seeing but a silent-battle is a real immersion-killer for me. I'm sure that ...

Re:A bit fiddly getting men into cover?
<t>Whew, glad to see I'm not the only one. I was feeling like I was missing something blindingly obvious. But several times I put the standard right on a wall or fence and didn't get the bonus. It isn't very historical to have to try and calculate which precise millimeter you need to hit to get your...

Re:SCREEN SHOTS
Ah, at last my weekend will have meaning!
Nice to have these to look forward to. I mean, it isn't as if anyone here isn't going to buy the game, so it is great that you guys are so responsive to everyone's insatiable curiosity.

That was my best phonetic attempt at doing Shelby Foote.
