Scourge of War Boards

I havent played SOWG for a VERY long time cuz its not workiong on my computer. i tried for months to fix it but just gave up. Im trying to fix it again, but firstly I have a question: is there a CD for this game now? That would make my life so much less complicated.

Guys, I just checked AVG and my Firewall. Both already have Scourge of War as an exception and there is no other program that could possibly be blocking it. I use no other security. I have no idea what the hell is happening but it's not any firewall obviously.

Oh, and when I try to deactivate my game after as well as uninstall, I get the same runtime error on my screen. Obviously this runtime error is rather fond of me. But seriously this is getting on my nerves.
