I just installed Gettysburg, Antietam and pipes creek addons. When I load up a scenario I get inside the map and it starts moving around on its own so in a way I cant control the movement around the map?

When I move around the map why do the Trees, corn and walls disappear when moving over them? Is there a setting or something to change so they stay all the time? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
