Rob how do i register my copy of Gettysburg scourge of war i have my activation code but game will not accept it .

I have copies of both The Battle of Bull Run Take Command 1861 and Take command Second Manassas both games give the error War 3D real Time war game engine by Norb has stopped working, so I can not play either game is there a fix for this.
