Sort of off topic, where's the community?
I hope everyone is busy playing the game. There seems to be less traffic on these forums for this game then there were for TC2M just a few months ago

Mozziry , I think you may be right. I for one enjoyed the Mods, and new maps, and new oob's, that constantly were developed for TC2M. It was a freshness and newness each time. The MP part of this new game has alot of fellas competing with each other, which in of it'self is a new thing for this forum. The tweek mods are cool. So when the dust settles down, the cool guys will get back to work and make a bunch of new maps and oob's and scenerios etc. At least I hope Norb will let the fellas make new maps sooner than he plans. I will be willing to pay for any new games or maps that spring up. The bar is pretty high now for great looking maps. Gettysburg is incredable.
Move Forward

Also, the MP leagues have their own smaller forums, which take away some traffic that would have gone on the old MMG foruM.

I command Ramseur's Welsh Brigade in the Third Division of the Army of the Shenandoah and can assure all who wish to join the AOS guys in their games that you would be made more than welcome.
We use Teamspeak to communicate but that is not a requirement to join in our games, we are just as happy using the built in text chat.
No one is obliged to join the Army of the Shenandoah to play, although if you do the game is much more immersive with well scripted scenarios, battle reports and a small degree of role playing.
The Army of the Shenandoah is always recruiting but I do know that the Third Division are currently looking for a sharp eyed Artillery Commander and a daring Cavalry Commander to bring them up to full strength. They recently lost the 2nd Battle of Harpers Ferry because of the lack of Cavalry.
So if you are interested in MP games then come and check us out.

I saw you register for the site. There is two level of membership, both grants voting rights. The basic membership you have completed by registering for an account. You can check our calendar every time you login which will redirect you to our calendar. Or you can post in the thread Friendly games to give out your schedule of availability.
The second level of membership is where you sign up to play the MP Campaign we have going weekly sometime 2-3 times a week. As a Campaign Club Member you will be assigned to a Division, based upon what branch you choose (Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery). You will receive 10 points to spend on upgrading the stats of your troops in your regiments. Additional points are given for attendance to the battles for the Campaign. You will get rank, and can be elected to be the Division or Corps Commander by fellow club members in your division.
More information can be obtain on the site. I have also posted the club's Harper's weekly here on this forum. You can read the last two issues here, and of course read all of the issues on our site. New issues are released every Monday Night. http://www.norbsoftdev.com/index.php?op ... 8&id=20957
Hope to see you on the battlefield. You can find us hanging out in Paladin's Bar and Grill (thanks Paladin), his teamspeak sever. IP: 208.100.9.178 port 4142.

Re:Sort of off topic, where's the community?
I think that traffic comes and goes, at least that's been the way of the MMG board. At times it's very busy, but other's it's very quiet.
