After action reports

I've added the ability to write a battle report for each division in each battle which all players can view. These are written reports from the commander of the division, not the automated casualty reports.

You can view my first report here.

To write a report, go to the main battle page for the battle you want to write about, and click "Write a battle report". If you want to edit a report you already submitted, go to your division's battle report page and click to edit that report.
