hi al im new,registered my self ,also have TS and working(yay) so what now?i opened GOC but have no idea then what to do?

To play in battles, you don't have to do anything else. When a battle is made, the host can add your name to the list so it brings your troops to the battle, and then you join through the lobby.

There's other stuff you can do in the Launcher, like host games or play the campaign game. Much of that is described on the Wiki. But none of it is necessary.

can i play logged out of GOC because it seems when i start the game everything on the meny says "not found"
so where single player stands and so forth
if i log out from Goc i dont have that problem anymore?

I'm not certain what you mean by "GOC", I assume you mean the GCM Launcher. Yes, you can play without logging in to that. But I don't know what you mean by the "not found" part, I've not heard of that before.
