Activation Errors

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

Send your Work/activate.log to sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com, we must have this file in order to check your activation error on the server.

EDIT: It is important to email us from the email that you ordered the code from and to send us your code.
Where i can find the work/activate log ? what is the name of this file ? and what is the mail to send it ?

It's ok, i find it ! i just open my eyes and read the instruction ;-)

How about contacting the support address as mentioned in the first post?

Why do you need to reactivate? Just deactivate on your desktop, then activate on your laptop.
Your system SUX !!
Of course if you don't know how to use it.

IMO we respond very quickly to all errors. We just ask that people email our support. Posting on the forum or PMs are just going to get redirected to using the support. That way we can get the activation code and any other information we need to fix the problem. We also provide the contact menu item at the top of the web page that does the same thing. I do not understand why some do not want to just email our support, but that's our support method for activation issues. It's also the fastest way to get your problems answered as we do not have to go back and forth asking that customers email our support.

Just went with Win7 64 bit. Did a clean install. Saved my SOWGB files... but apparently not all of them. Can only get to the Demo.
Can't find a "deactivation" button or is uninstall the same thing?
Norb, if it helps I will PM you my activation key.

Did you deactivate your old installation? What files did you save? If you did a clean install without deactivating your old installation you won't be able to activate the new one until you deactivate the old one. If it's gone you'll need to contact Tech Support.

Please don't PM me with activation errors. We have a good process in place to deal with this stuff. If you check out the activation pages that pop up in the launch of the game you'll find our support email. sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com, if you send your errors there you'll get them cleared up quickly.
