Cannot Talk with Registration Server! Or I Suddenly lost my Activation

How about this one I just upgraded my computer/MB/CPU/RAM/Video card
but didnnt de-activate SOW now it brings my activation number up in window
and tells me its already active. How do I fix this one?
Obviously it thinks Im trying to install on a different pc.
(sorry wrong are to post but it was there)

Well evidently I didnt send it yesterday but I just did send e-mail.

It wasn't actually proof-reading per se, just normal reading, and it don't make no sense. On second look I guess you meant area?
