Has anybody here checked out the "Gettysburg Campaign Atlas" by Philip Laino? Its a real winner, and a must have for serious Gettysburg visitors. 421 maps of the campaign 1,2 ,3 days battles and retreat with matching text for each map. Maps all arranged in chronological order. Going in September with my son for eight days. Plan on doing the whole battle following each map in order. Only downside is the book weighs a ton, but its in binder form, so each day can be put in seperate folders. Highly recommended. Love this game by the way, can see its made with a lot of passion behind it, well done.

Yes, it's definitely a must have for Civil War buffs.. Also a must have for scenario designers. Rebbugler and I used it to design the East and South Cavalry Field battle scenarios. I've also used it on all of my other Gettysburg scenarios as well. If you notice in the scenario descriptions for the Cavalry scenarios, we quote a lot of text from the atlas (used with Phil's generous permission).

I got it shortly after it came out. In my opinion, the best map study of GB ever. Wish it was in a three ring binder so it would be easy to take out pages for field trips to GB.

I came across this in my search for a copy of this book. It contains info on when the new edition will be released but more importantly a link to the updates for those who currently own it. Unfortunately that isn't me. However I still have a couple of feelers out there so maybe I'll get lucky.
