Historical OOBs

Added a new OOB type, called "Historical" in the prepare scenario options.

It works like Random Divisions, but instead of generated brigades/batteries, they are taken from the gettysburg OOB.

Not that this matters to anyone, but I've made a new military structure representation (how GCM stores the OOBs on the website and in code), and this is to test it. I still will need to rewrite the battle recording and the web display of battle results, so for now battles with historical OOBs can't be recorded.


This isn't a promise that there will be cavalry in the typical campaign games at some point, but the historical oobs do have cavalry. There's no way to pick who gets it, they are mixed in with the infantry brigades so it's possible for one or more of your brigades to be cavalry when using historical OOBs.

Anyway, I don't expect these to compete well with the campaign battles, but it might be a bit of variety like the random battles.
