Hey little Powell, Or Big D,
I am having problems with the game. I acidentally renamed my main registered copy of the game when I was
pasting things from my C:drive. I could play the game under the appliction logo in the file on my hardrive but the desktop logo no longer worked. When I downloaded and paid for the Pipe Creek install it would not show up. I renamed the main file that did work to the NorbSoftDev file on my harddrive but it only shows the demo version. I have my activation numbers for both files, but cannot get them to apply. Any help would be appreciated. I am not an idiot when it comes to modding or manipultaing the game, I made 12 maps for TC2M, but I am at a loss here. I guess since I made another copy of the game it is voiding my owners registration code somehow. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would keep the files under this new name, and then deactivate the game, reinstall the demo, and then apply the code back into the new demo.Hey little Powell, Or Big D,

This way you will not lose any of your modded files by completely un-installing the game.
True, the game under the icon properties is pointing to another location on the C_Drive.I could play the game under the application logo in the file on my hardrive but the desktop logo no longer worked.
It is probably coded to only install into the exact location of the default game. When I downloaded and paid for the Pipe Creek install it would not show up. I renamed the main file that did work to the NorbSoftDev file on my harddrive but it only shows the demo version.

I have at least a half dozen copies of the game installed on my computer, but the default location stays intact. I think that your problem is that the default location changed, so it is messing up everything else.I guess since I made another copy of the game it is voiding my owners registration code somehow. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
But, you are far from being an idiot, if you don't mess up, then you are probably not doing anything!
De-activate - and Re-install !

2nd Texas Infantry – Hey, what is the status of your game, did you get everything squared away, and are you back up and running?

Yes I renamed the correct folder back and got it all up and running. I also forgot to install the latest patch so that was also an issue. Its all good guys. Been working on my Tree/Terrain mod all day. Should post something in a week or two.2nd Texas Infantry – Hey, what is the status of your game, did you get everything squared away, and are you back up and running?
