Mods that are, and are not compatible with 1.4
Re: Mods that are, and are not compatible with 1.4
OK, Try this one, it is the one that I'm using with the GreyMod5 .
I don't think that it will cause a problem if you are not using the GreyMod, but let me know, either way!

Putting the logistics folder in the folders for the terrain and tree mods hasn't worked for me. Just get a CTD

Yes, can someone please explain how to get the terrain mod working (in very user friendly terms)? I can't get it to work and don't understand what to do with the logistics folder and what not.

OK, I’m butting in here so some of my information may be in-correct!Yes, can someone please explain how to get the terrain mod working (in very user friendly terms)? I can't get it to work and don't understand what to do with the logistics folder and what not.
I have just downloaded a copy of the Terrain_Mod and this mod doesn’t seem to have a Logistics folder inside of it.
Now, the new-system after Patch 1.4 has moved the terrain files from the gfx file into the new gfxpack file.
Also – the new terrain file is called Terrain_Effects .
So, my question is where are you guys getting the Logistics folder from that is not working for you?
Who created the Logistics folder?
Damned Black Hat – are you trying to use the FiringMod with a saved game, or is this a new game. I’m not sure that you can include it into a saved game.
I’ll find a solution sometime tomorrow and post a fix for you, but I’m sure that it is working on my system.

I'll try but don't blame me if I sound like a turd trying to do it... :ohmy:Yes, can someone please explain how to get the terrain mod working (in very user friendly terms)? I can't get it to work and don't understand what to do with the logistics folder and what not.
1: Download the Logistics zip file.
2: Using your Arhiver software, unzip the logistics folder into the graphic mod you want to get working (terrain mod)
Example: I just download the zip file, I opened up the zip file, and I see a folder called "Logistics". I extract the "Logistics" folder to where the terrain mod is located which would be for me D:\NorbSoftDev\Scourge of War - Gettysburg\Mods\Trees_Terrain Graphics Mod
So now if I look in the Trees_Terrain Mod folder I would see two directories...
Graphics, and now the new Logistics folder.
That's it, activate the mod, and play it.

I made it there Davinci. Once I placed the Logistics folder in the trees, and terrain mod folder it worked out fine for me, and for apoll.Putting the logistics folder in the folders for the terrain and tree mods hasn't worked for me. The firemod is a totally different, and the logistics folder will not work for that mod at all.
The Logistics fix I mad will work for most older graphics mods, not all but most.

Just trying to use it for sandbox/scenarios and MP. It worked before 1.4, so I imagine it's just a matter of updating it for the new patch.Damned Black Hat – are you trying to use the FiringMod with a saved game, or is this a new game. I’m not sure that you can include it into a saved game.

EDIT: I should mention that the game still runs and functions as normal when it is activated, but it does not function (the soldiers spend most of the reloading time cocking the hammer and placing the percussion cap) as designed. It doesn't crash the game.
