I found this software called Soho Launch (in C-Panel) which might very well be what can be used for you folks who don't have that spare cash on hand to pay a full fledged web host server.

[Requirements]
You must have created a mod for Scourge of War Gettysburg, and will be using your soho account for the purposes of hosting your mods which you create.
I am only doing this because I want to help the Scourge of War Community, and I DO NOT want anything for doing this, no money will ever change hands, and you will never ever be be beholden to me for anything period. If at anytime you wish to stop using your SoHo account, just let me know, and I will delete it.
