I was wondering is it possible to add names to the list in GCM and if so how?

I guess I was not specific enough in this question. What I meant to ask was can additional names be added for generals to the list already available when you are forming a new division?

There isn't a way to do that. Do you have a name of someone who was in the civil war that's not on the list?
