This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

I´ve played around with it, tweaked and changed some things but the effect horizon is not too transparent.

Not sure but It can be an issue with ATI cards. I have never got luck running as intended, in any computer with ATI, some kind of fog effects. ATI drivers and so...
Hey, I also have an ATI Card - and also had an ATI Card at the time that me and Jack were messing around with those Fog Values.

Since, you have already located the old post, go back and read it again, I think that I explained which values did what, and how you would\could have a lighter fog.

Today, I have absolutely no memory of what we were changing!

This is basically how all of the Modders started, by changing small things, one step at a time.

So It is not an ATI Glitch. Ok  It is a glitch of mine.
I´ll locate them, then. That effect can be perfect for a map like Alpine.

Guda,

I too am using an ATI card and have on my last 2 computers. Also, if you can find the original Mod files, the original Alpine map has a fog Mod already done.
