Do not revert to jpeg files. Yes it may be convenient for someone to upload their screenies in that format, but its garbage. Open it more than once and it turns to mush. BMP is fine for the screen shots. Its not the best. I like PNG's for any image or graphics files, but for screen shots its fine as is. If its not broke, dont fix it.
