Trevilian Station, Valverde, Secessionville, & Prairie Grove problem.
I installed the above game in Matrix Games/Gettysburg, but I have to push a button to get them to load; then, when they finish loading, I hit the space bar & get an error message to the effect that the game has crashed. I have tried deleting & reinstalling them with the same effect. What could cause this "non-starter"? :huh: :huh: :huh:

Can you post your SOWGB.log file that is in the 'WORK' folder of your game. This log should show any type of error.

Don - Your crash is probably due to the following error :

This is caused by one of the Mods that you have Installed \ Activated :
The reason that you have you Press a button \ Enter Key - is probably due to the game trying to load a Packages file that you don't have.
To put that another way!
Sometimes when We make a map, We will use some of the buildings from one of the paid-for-products .
If someone hasn't purchased one of those paid-for-products pressing the Enter-Key will by-pass the error from loading any of those buildings.
But, that would not cause the game to crash!

Also - Check to make sure that the OOB that you are using is not causing the problem.

As Davinci mentioned, it could be a MOD that is giving this error. You can test out the MODS and find the one that is not working by Enabling each MOD one at a time and loading the game. Eventually if it is a bad MOD, this process will catch it and then you can Disable it.
