Well, where to start!
First, go over to the Matrix Site - and register your game.
Then, download all of the patches from there.
Then, get the Beta 1.6 Patch from this site.
Disable all of the Mods that you are not currently using.
Several of your Mods are conflicting with each over.
After that, you should be good to go!

Disable all the mods and if the problem goes away, it's not their fault.

With his unashamed use of cap locks I feel certain that he is ready for the GCM.
