Here is how you correct tunngle adapter problems...
Do this manually. I had to, and it works like a charm.
Windows Vista/7/8:
Right click on Computer
Choose Properties
When the System window comes up select the Device Manager option.
Click on Computer in the list
Open the Action menu and then choose Add legacy hardware
Select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list
Choose Network Adapters.
Now if you do see the TAP-Win32 Provider V9 (Tunngle) adapter in the list, select it and hit Next to continue with the install.
If you can't see it, click on Have Disk, Browse to the Driver folder that you can find inside the Tunngle folder (usually in Program Files) and select the driver according to your Operating System Architecture (32bit for x86, 64bit for x64). Then select the TAP-Win32 Provider V9 (Tunngle) adapter in the list and continue with the install.
