I need help. I had a virus last week. I had to reinstall my game. Who should I email to get my Pipe Creek/Antietam packs back? I didn't order them from Matrix.

If you have your serial numbers, you can register them at the matrix site and then download them again.

How do I get it to install to the correct folder? It always wants to install to a Matrix Folder and I do not have the game in a Matrix folder

Well you ought to take that leap, and put it in the Matrix folder sense every thing now will be from matrix. If you already put it in another folder, make a Matrix folder and move every thing to it . The right way of course. You still get mods from Norbsoft and they usually go to the right folder, when you designate which one to put it into.

I would download the full game from Matrix, after you register. Then install it where ever you want. I don't have a matrix folder either Once you use their install, future installs should recognize the path you have chosen.
