Western 1862 Flags HD Upgrade

Western 1862 Flags HD Upgrade for Pea Ridge and Prairie Grove. Prioritize below these two mods to enable this new flag mod, once enabled all flags will be upgraded.

Eight examples of the 36 flag set:
