Update for Gettysburg?

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

How many Mods do you have Enabled at the same time ?

Instead of deleting the Mods, you can Disable all of them, then Enable one mod at a time, load up the game and see if it appears. Continue this until all of your mods are Enabled and see how it goes.

Also, remember that the Mods do not show up in the games default scenarios, but they should be working in a Sandbox game and scenarios that are created by other users.

I know they show in your log, but can you make sure that the yellow box shows next to the mod you are Enabling and then click on the "Use these Mods" button at the bottom of the Mods page or they will not appear in a game when launched.

I tried this first thing. I have run into the problem where too many mods were selected at once, so that was the first thing I tried. The other thing is that the games start with no problem. I am not having any crashes like I have in the past when too many mods were active at once. The yellow boxes are checked next to the mods, but none of them show up in either sandbox mode or user scenarios.

I have also clicked on the use these mods button, and still nothing. I have been playing SOWGB, Pipe Creek, and Antietam for years, and I played the TCM games before them. I have used these mods in the past with no problem, but for whatever reason, they are not behaving as "activated" mods, despite the yellow boxes next to them in the mod screen.

I am good and stumped here.

Log appears OK. I'm not familiar with 'GBCH_Series_1-5', you might want to disable it and see what happens.

So, you're saying that when you go into, for example, the 'User Scenarios' screen, that there are NO scenarios listed there? For the most part the mods listed in your log are scenario heavy, this section should be filled with scenarios, beginning with the B&F 150th Anniversary Series.

Yeah, when I go into User Scenarios there are Not any scenarios listed there. No 150th, no nothing. I just finished downloading my copies of Antietam and Pipe Creek so those scenarios show up, but no mods.

Then something is corrupt, either the download or the install. I would recommend you signing in to Matrix, go to 'My Products', and re-download GB then re-install. First uninstall your present version and save your Work folder and mods to a temp folder, copy them back to the new install. Then, activate the mods one at a time, start with B&F, I know it and can troubleshoot from there if issues appear.
