Wow AJ !!!

What a awesome feeling that must have been being among all of the soldiers on the Battlefield as if you were able to turn back the clock and actually be there as it happened.

Impressive !!!!

4:1 ratio is great thank you guys. Cannot wait to see what the maximum number of sprites a decent pc will handle when the game is finalized to see what size battle we could have.

VC
Just as an example, assuming a 400 man regiment, under the old TC2M system this regiment, in column, would have been 3 sprites wide x 13 sprites long, a 4-1/3 length to width ratio. Under the new system it sounds like it will be 4 sprites wide x 25 sprites long, a 6-1/4 length to wide ratio. This will really help the look of those long winding columns on the road and those battlelines stretching across the fields.

You can get farther with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone.

Great.

Enjoy your walk across the fields of Pickett's charge as much as I did when I was in Kemper's brigade for the GB movie as mentioned in the MHO forum.
Are there reanactments every year at GB in early July? Been thinking lately of going down there and walk the battlefield, and sites in Virginia. Two wheeled from Font Royal down Skyline DRive and Blue Ridge Parkway several years ago, never realizing what History I was missing in those beautiful Mountains and valleys.

Amish John

If you had the choice of two days at GB this year, which would you pick? and are the bleacher seats included with the price of a ticket? or is better to be mobile for the days' events?
