Multiplayer mod

This mod is intended for multiplayer games. Anyway,it give no problems in single player games.

I've changed the layout of the Multiplayer Select Screen in order to better see Commander's name.

I added a button to open the map from the Send Courier Screen; closing the map will reopen the Send Courier Screen.

The same button is added in the courier message received window.

Finally, I shifted the Free Text Tab from last to first position in the Send Courier Screen.

Unzip this mod in the Mods folder of the game.

Opening the map in the courier message panel would be a huge benefit. Thanks.
