When I try to launch the scenario editor for version two of the SDK I get the error in the image above. The older version one scenario editor still works just fine with no error on launch preventing me from using it. The error message mentions what appears to be a DLC folder path; I do not own any of the dlcs for SOWWL. Is it a requirement to own the DLCs for the version 2 scenario editor to function?
