Success! I checked the required mods, and you were right. "4k Packed Arty..." was a double folder. I checked all my mods after that, and it was the only one. I'd had that mod activated for a long time, but it never seemed to cause any problems. It probably didn't work either.
The window "Cannot find package file" still appears, but it doesn't seem to cause any noticeable problems. All the "User Scenarios" folders worked. I thank you very much.
I also thank all of you who spent time trying to find a solution.
Incidentally, I reactivated all the other mods I like without any problems appearing.
Thank you all again. The help you give the "Tangle Foots," like I, is what keep this great game viable.
