I would have to agree with many of the above
Gettysburg, Gods and Generals,Glory, Ride with the Devil, Andersonville, Blue and Grey.

Cold Mountain was quite good...
Gettysburg was good,
Gods and Generals was brilliant, and that is about all I have seen.
