Recently we have had virus programs wiping out our files. In those cases a simple reinstall will fix your problem. You do not have to uninstall, just install again. You won't lose any of your progress. You won't have to activate again. This is what is happening with most of our players that suddenly lose their activation.

If that is not the issue, then you will have to send your work/activate.log files to our support email address.

Again, we apologize for these issues, but most of them are caused by virus programs wiping out or files, of which we have no control.

Marketing campaigns cannot turn a crappy antivirus into a good one but they do change the perception of how a crappy antivirus is perceived by the audience as to be a good one.

And this is what's been done with McAfee in the last decade. :)

I have a similar problem, after doing a bios and nvidia dirver update on 20 april, the game is active but DRM has locked me outonly able to play Demo tutorial now, gave it to NorbSoft support, still waiting for some kind of answer.

Do you have McAfee or AVG? If so, check your scan log to see if the SOW program was quarantined.

Try reinstalling the game, the new drivers might have overwritten something the game uses.

Did you email your logs to the sowsupport email address? I had thought that we had fixed your issues.
