Ah ha. When you go to the config screen, do you see a link on the left side that says "DMZ"?

If so, click on it and make sure DMZ is enabled. Then where it says Static IP, enter your local 192 address.

I used to not be able to host until I figured that one out. I actually had that put in the read me for the game.

Finally fixed my router problem!
