its a modem i think connected with a cable to my pc / model CBN SVG6540E
also i checked the site from my provider and they give a portforwarding service
no cleu what i need to pit in though

they ask :start port:? endport:? then UDP or TCP local IP adress:?

Ah no router, just modem, ok. I've only heard of router's causing strange connection issues so if your connected directly to the internet via modem, then it can't be that... I wonder if your ISP has some kind of security blocking software that is causing the problem. It might be worth a call to them..

Start point should be the port (we usually use 31791) and the same for end point. Both UDP and TCP IP address would be your local address.. This can be found by opening a command prompt and typing ipconfig.

ok small question,i did IP command but all kinds of numbers come up,so which i do i need to put in?
default gateway:192.168.0.1
subnetmask:255.255.255.0
IP4 adress:192.168.0.191

It would be the IP4 address.

And from the looks of those addresses, they look like they are from a router. Router's typically assign 192 addresses.. But it's hard to tell exactly what kind of setup you have.

PRoblem solved ,internet provider closed that port ,nut through internet you can manually open it
