This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.
Hi, I just finished 3 days in 7 hours- the first day is good but the last two are completely not historic at all for battle sites- any way to improve this please? thanks- otherwise very cool
Finishing up a new version...carryover positioning scenarios, with several options for the 2nd and 3rd day. Waiting on patch for this release...for each day fades to night and other extras.

One other thing, if you play this historically it will set up historically for the 2nd day. All the Union troops are scripted to set up historically the 2nd day so the entire fish hook is recreated, with Sickles salient and Geary moving to Culp's Hill.
If you blow off attacking the high ground and let Longstreet set up, you can then recreate the 2nd day echelon attack...and yes, Vincent awaits at the Little Round Top, Ward at Devils Den, et al. All reinforcements enter and move to their historic locations...unless engaged, then it's a whole new battle.
This thing isn't perfect, but I did my homework, and it is meant to be as historic as possible, all three days.

Hi, is this on normal setting?- so to start day 2 historicly- end day one disengaged? I would like to see this- does it matter what setting normal or militia etc.?
Normal is really historical, not to be confused with the Historical Difficulty Setting.
Yes, if you disengage the last half hour or so the 1st day, and let the enemy retreat to Cemetery Hill and Culps Hill, then the fishhook will begin to form, and the historical setup will come to be through the 2nd day.
