This is not an error or a major problem but there is a road mark smear (140) in a field on the PCL1 .bmp file.
Coordinates – 122,1124 – through – 133,1137

No, the road mark is not on the map (terrain) that we see in the game, but the (grayscale) that the game uses to find a path around the map.
But, I get your point!

Thanks Davinci. It think eventually we'll release a small Pipe Creek patch and we'll make sure these fixes make it in.

Little Powell I'm roughly ninety percent through with the roads on the PCL2 map, so I think that that is all of them related to that map, but I haven’t checked the PCL3, and barely started on the PCL1 before moving to the PCL2 map.
I’ll keep adding them to the above post, as I find them.
