Hi, I just started day one- the maps are very hard to read with the green pastel- is there a way to make the place names more readable- and the messages are different- too white- any feedback :side:

Finally got a complete run through of the first scenario. Glad to report that all the performance work Norb has put in has really boosted play, least at my machine's level. I was able to keep all settings on Best and use DRF, never dropping below 10 FPS.
However, as mentioned, there is some kind of courier message bug going on, I got some messages, but missed many more. The logged messages are present, just not the screen one's. In the meantime, until I can root out this bug, please check your map frequently for reinforcements, as you may not be informed upon troop arrivals.
A heads up as you transition to the 'carryover to' scenarios...routed troops will return and will be all over the map, mainly along the edges, where they routed off. Enemy troops may block your reinforcement routes and hold them up, so be aware and alert for such stoppages.
This screenshot shows why Wolf Hill Line was created...with 5 minutes left, Cemetery Hill is Rebel controlled, along with Culp's Hill.

Ending score just above 8000...just confirming a manageable Major Victory with a winning casualty ratio

I think that it has something to do with the latest patch; I’m not able to view any courier message since installing that patch.However, as mentioned, there is some kind of courier message bug going on, I got some messages, but missed many more. The logged messages are present, just not the screen ones.
The orders are still obeyed, but no message appears, this is with my mod enabled \ and disabled.
The confusing part about this is that while playing the night scenario – a courier message did appear, it just doesn’t seem to work in open play.

Thanks D, not the patch, my error. The message senders were Hidden, and I had Ashowunit right after the message line...switched that line up...fixed. Another last minute change I didn't test, upgrading the courier message scheme. :S
Anyway, Link is updated, just one file affected, but easier to upload the works rather than explain how to replace a file...I don't have the patience of LP.

This has been integrated with Bugles & Flags, the scenarios are included there. Not sure if the link here will be fixed since this is a dated version and may need an upgrade. Thanks for bumping this up, I'll edit the first post to redirect folks in the future.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. Just reinstalling this game after a long hiatus. I have been playing Norb's games since TC2 (well since NLB actually) and been lurking a long time. Have to get in touch with Matrix next to get a copy of Antitem, i have the code, but there appears to be no download link on the site like there was for the full game. Thanks again.

ok...I just downloaded BF XV...so if I understand this correctly I need this Mod "on" in order to unlock (or play) the GB 3-day scenario? thanks...
