Adding to the reply from Jack .

In order for an edit of the rifles .csv file to work – you should first Copy the SDK from the download mentioned by Marching Thru Georgia .

Next – Copy the Rifles.csv file to the Desktop to edit.

After – making the changes that you want – the rifles.csv file must be copied back into the game.

To copy it back into the game – it must be in a Mod \ Logistics folder.

You don’t have to create a Mod Folder – just copy it into an existing mod \ logistics folder.

Start the game – and activate the mod to see the results of the changes.
