If it would help, I have a lot of Peninsula OOBs for TC2M, large and small. I know you can do better, but, with the help of the OOB converter, maybe they would be a good start for you. I'm really glad to hear you'll be doing Peninsula sprites!

This is my current thinking of the toolbar. I have added a unit card, the idea here is to get the facing colours correct for all those that have different facings. I have also got rid of the groups buttons and everything will be on the main bar. It still all fits in 1024x768.

I like the new unit cards, and would agree that the group toolbar buttons should be on one level.

Do the Units get Mixed Uniforms ?

Probably not. Mixed uniforms suck up alot of FPS. With the larger armies, plus the many different uniforms already, it would really tax both the game engine and most peoples computers.

Hm,
i think the Bigger Scenarios on the Vanilla Game with mixed uniforms worked fine.
Maybe it should be optional to mix Uniforms a litle.
