I have a copy of "The Wargame" too, one of my most prized posessions.

Unfortunately I am always wary of going back to old computer games. TC2M was great in its day but I can guess it will look terribly dated now agaainst SOW. Also... no MP which is what I'm here for. I hardly ever do any SP gaming these days.

I'd rather look forwards to the hope that the SYW will be possible using the SOW engine.

This is all done now. There are new units for Wurttemberg - a)inf line b)inf light c)inf jager d)line artillery e)mounted commander f)chasseurs a cheval, and units for Westphalia g)line fusiler h)garde grenadiers. New flags for the regiments present at Wagram for Wurttenberg and the flags for Kingdom of Westphalia.

The Units of Wurttemberg make an appearence for the Day 2 scenarios which are also all done.

It will be presented as an additional mod or in the large download.

Will update soon then on to Day3.

Red,

I'd wait. When Gunship says he's done, that means the new Download will be ready in a couple of days. There are a couple of Mods you may want to use, just in general.

I use my "Remove the fences and walls" Mod to make the ground more "European" looking. It removes the penalties for fences and walls. Combine this with "medium" settings in options and it works well. No pesky walls or fences to block cavalry charges.

I use my own "Smoke Mod" but there are a couple of Smoke mods out there to chose from to make the Battlefield more of a problem visually.

I use the "Skirmisher Formation" Mod. Makes it easier to control them and easier to use. There are others, probably, but I can't think what they are right now.

Note - all the Mods listed are available out there except my own smoke mod.

1) Link for Day1 and Day2 of the User Scenario's:
http://www.mediafire.com/?cakw3xd4pzl00kv
Remove the previous version (day1) of the scenarios and use this. This has both Day1 and Day2. This are great fun :). Any issues please let me know. thank you and enjoy. Main post is updated also.

2) Fix for Giant Bavarians:
This fixes a slight scaling adjustment to the Bavarian line and light sprites. This is optional of course. Copy it in the Logistics folder of the main "Road to Wagram 1809" mod and overwite the existing one (back it up first if you have modified it)
The attachment unitpack.csv is no longer available

Good question, Redcoat. Glad I'm not alone.

It'd be very useful to have all the up-to-date Napoleonic files, or links to them, in one post, ideally in a sticky and in post #1.

==================

I hope you don't mind a bit of criticism Gunship but the uniform colours are very bright. Had you thought about toning them down a little to represent either fading or dirt?

Also, when you get around to doing your British sprites, do, please, please use the stovepipe shako and not the Belgic shako which wasn't used until the 100 days campaign, and then only by some units.

Do you plan on British allies such as Portugal and some of the German units, and eventually the Spanish?
