Some of us don't need no stinkin' toolbar.
The
Courier and Maps mod has had that command in it for some time.

Is the GCM mod only for multi play or can it be used in single play?
It can be used for both. There's the multiplayer which you know about, the singleplayer campaign, and you can also play sandbox or other custom scenarios using the GCM mods and variant maps.
