Hi, are you sure that Email is valid? It's been 3 days and nothing. Please look into it, or possibly give me a refund? This is getting kind of ridiculous..

Lost Registration Code, email the following address, include your original email address at purchase time along with your SOW forum name:



The Registration (Activation) Code email request is only necessary for games bought prior to 2013 through NSD. Since then games were purchased through Matrix Games and codes are now inclusive, in this case skip the email request and follow the link below.

First post amended, all reg code issues are handled by Matrix Games now.

Tried that. No joy. See my post at the bottom of that thread. Because I had no luck there I tried the SOW Support address here.

The Matrix game screen doesn't accept that I have the game(s) and as I've lost my registration codes I cannot re-input them. I'm stuck in a catch-22.

According to NSD HQ:

"Matrix has emailed me many times to retrieve old codes. They gather the information and send it to me and I look up the code. That's how many of our users now do it."

Don't know why Matrix won't cooperate with your reg code request, please try again.

Thanks Reb for your continuing help, its appreciated. I have now found a notepad document I created years ago that had my Gettysburg, Pipe Creek and Antietam key codes in it. I have now approached Matrix for just the Chancellorsville and Brandy Station codes which I lack (and can't get access to due to the new HDD and failure of the old one).
