You need to use 7zip or WinRAR to extract them.

If you're already using one of these, then maybe the download is corrupt and you should try downloading again, but that's extremely rare.

Yes I dont get it either.

I show these in my mods and checked yellow box - Random maps 4 and GCM terrain 4
show Random Maps 4L 100 through 233 and then
Random maps 4L 25 - 38
