Ok, I just watched the Goat Simulator trailer...

Napoleon is old news - Goat simulations are the where the industry is headed. We're concentrating our resources there.

GCM has a division simulator built into the MP campaign. You can try to fire your regiment commanders or move their regiments around, sometimes they get mad and desert you or other bad things happen if they are well connected. I've thought about simulating everything down to company level, which would be cool even if doesn't affect the battles much.
