Hi Ingles - Have you tried contacting Matrix directly about your issue? Their support is very good, and usually very quick to respond.

As a last resort ....... just try the obvious !!!
Anyone else with the same problem, an 'underscore'in the 'postcode/zipcode' field serves as a valid default.
I will download the game tonight. Probably take me about three hours over my slow and expensive satellite link.
