certainly seen a rideless horse standing over the corpse of Maj Alexander Wylly, 2nd KGL or I assume thats who it is in the centre of the courtyard of the farm? That was the name of the officer I saw outside the 'sacred hedge' but Maj Wylly was 7th Foot? It should be Major Baring of the KGL?

I think this is why its a random event, depends where he is killed

Also make sure that when you do you tell the units inside - not to double - or the will become 100% fatigued and you lose the victory location.

Just replaying to check Maj Baring is there wonder why I saw Maj Wylly

In the previous game Major Baring may have become a casualty and been replaced.
