Scourge of War Boards

You need Reb Buglers "Bugles and Flags" mod. It has a modified toolbar. The "Take Command of all units" button isn't in the stock game for either Gettysburg or Waterloo... I think - both are the work of community modders. Reb Bugler is one, even though he's also on the NSD team.

I found the bugles and flags mod and how to install it. Now I see all the flags etc.
