Well if you want only control the stance, you can manage only the value of style in the oob from 0 to 9, lesser is less probably you have a high stance. More or less is like the officers are balanced now in the standard oob, british started with a average style inferior to french and prussian, personal story and arm (cavalry,artillery and infantry) modify this average.
